BodyProfiling (BQ Concept)

Every day, the way we live leaves traces that are stored in our bodies. The body is considered a mirror of the soul, as mental states, stress, and emotions are directly expressed through physical reactions (posture, pain, illness).

Physical pain is an effect that is always preceded by a cause. Treating the effect with medication alone is therefore of limited value.

With BodyProfiling, you get to the root of the problem and resolve it at its core.

Exercising doesn’t automatically mean being healthy. Strength, balance, endurance, mobility, and relaxation—when in the right proportion—form the foundation of healthy training.

Every person, whether fit or in pain, has their own Body Quotient—the measure that defines body intelligence, reveals life patterns, and forms the basis for effective training. This is where the holistic BQ bodywork concept begins.

Learn to understand your body’s messages through a wide range of practical applications.

This event will permanently transform the way you feel your body and approach training.

A Journey to Yourself

The more you achieve, the further you go, the higher you climb, and the older you get, the more questions begin to enter your life:

What is all this for? Is this really what I truly want? This job? This partner? This life?

Where is the lightness, the playfulness, the laughter, the sense of adventure in my life? Have I buried it forever out of a sense of responsibility toward everyone and everything else?

From my own experience, I can tell you: no, you haven’t. You just need the courage to finally wake up again.

Courage here means overcoming the fear of rejection, of failure, of what others might think about you.

In this LOLA 2-day event at the powerful WALDGUT location, you will be introduced to spiritual laws. You will engage in deep self-reflection, release burdens, make decisions, and recognize your life’s purpose.

You will finally attract what you truly long for.

Through this transformational journey in this magical place, the way you live, think, and feel will completely change. You will be at peace with yourself and grounded in self-confidence.

Tickets are limited to 7. For confidential inquiries, more information, and bookings, contact: mike.gerbig@waldgut-naturresort.de
